This new bakehouse only
opens on weekend

totally worth visiting!

The team behind Cat in the Hat has just opened a new bakehouse in Hougang. However, this store is only open on weekends.

Here’s what we tried:
 
Ham and Cheese Jalapeño Pain Suisse ($4.80) – The pastry is incredibly flaky and pairs perfectly with the ham and cheese. We even went back for a second one because it was that good!
 
Vanilla Madeleine ($1.70) – Soft and moist, and not too sweet.

Their bakes are affordable, with prices starting from $1.70. We do wish they were open on weekdays too—maybe they will be someday?
