Fortune Group has just launched Medusa, a gorgeous new Italian concept inspired by 1960s vintage luxury.
The moody lighting and stylish interior make it a photo spot at every corner.
Here’s what we tried:
Porchetta ($42) — A must-order. The pork was incredibly tender and literally melted in our mouths. Though it is slightly pricey.
Burrata Fritta ($26) — Fried burrata, and it was my first time trying it. It is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, almost like an ice-cream donut. So addictive.
Tagliatelle ($28) — The cheese wasn’t too heavy and paired really well with the light, silky pasta.
Truffle Tiramisu ($18) — It might sound unusual, but it tasted really good. The subtle truffle flavour blended nicely with the coffee notes of the tiramisu.
