it's hidden in an alley....
If you’ve heard of Little Glass, they’ve just opened a new outlet at Tiong Bahru, serving uniquely crafted drinks.
Each drink is specially curated and offers a unique vibe. It does lean on the pricier side, but it’s worth it for the experience.
Here's what we tried:
Fuji Blanc ($11.80) — Espresso paired with the Hokkaido cream; smooth and well-balanced.
Rolling Uji ($10.30) — A blend of matcha, cold brew, coconut water, and genmaicha. The flavour is quite unique — creamy yet refreshing.
They also offer ceremonial-grade matcha with two blends to choose from: Yabukita (creamier) and Samidori (nuttier).
We went with the Samidori blend in the iced option, priced at $10.90. The matcha was slightly light for our preference — we would prefer if the blend was stronger.
