NOCI Bakehouse opens 2nd outlet at Orchard Gateway

Noci Bakehouse, best known for its viral shio pan and bakes, has opened a new outlet at Orchard Gateway with a refreshed concept. The new outlet introduces an exclusive range of bagels and panuozzo, a sandwich-style bake made using pizza dough. Bakes are prepared fresh on the spot in an open kitchen, giving diners a glimpse of the baking process.

Fans of B for Bagel, which is also part of the same group, can expect some of its popular bagel flavours here, including Kaya Butter, Spring Onion and more.

The highlight for us was the Panuozzo, which comes in two bread textures — soft and chewy or crunchy. For the soft texture, the Burrata Jambon Panuozzo ($23) stood out for its creamy burrata, which paired well with the soft and fluffy bread.

The Bulgogi Panuozzo ($18) is another option for those who prefer something more flavourful, without being overly salty.

For the crunchy texture, we tried the Smoked Salmon & Green Apple Crunch Panuozzo ($22). The smoked salmon was slightly salty, but the addition of greens and green apple added a refreshing contrast, making it a solid pairing!

If you’re looking to try something new around Orchard, Noci Bakehouse’s 2.0 is worth bookmarking.

📍277 Orchard Rd, Gateway, #01-09 09A Orchard, Singapore 238858
